Jubilee 05/06/12 part two

Buckingham Place with the guards marching in front

The Queen, Charles and Camilla head back in the horse drawn carriage.

The procession goes through Whitehall.

Admiralty arch from the air.

The order of who went in what carriage changed last minute as Prince Philip was absent as in hospital. Kate, Wills and Harry share one.

The Queen, Camilla and Charles in one coach.

1.5 million people were on the mall waving flags.

The Queen arrives home.

Mayhem on the Mall.

Some people would not get the greatest view of the balcony as the stage used in last nights concert blocked the view.

The doors crack open and cheers are heard for miles.

The Queen as she steps onto her balcony.

Joined by Kate, Harry and William.

Camilla and Charles were also present.

The view from the crowd.

Our future King.

Hopefully NOT our future King and Queen as i think the country are behind William and Kate to take over.

Fly passed from the Spitfire.

Lancaster Bomber

And the red arrows.

The rain started so brollies went up but it does not deter the huge crowd of 1.5 million.

The entire future monarchy on the balcony.

and our lovely Queen who must be exhausted after three days of festivities.

Three cheers from the cavalry!

Jubilee Celebrations 2012

Not all of us were off during the celebrations so made the most of dressing up the aircraft for a plane full of passengers.

The flag dressed the forward bulkhead for the rest of the flight

The fabulous flotilla which graced the Thames, consisting of 1000+ boats of all shapes and sizes, this one is the Queens specially chartered boat.

London bridge raised in honour of the queen with the newly built Shard in the background which disappeared under cloud later as the weather became cloudy and wet.

The Street party found me joining all my neighbours for fun and games and even "roped" into a game of Tug of war and by my face i was taking it very seriously,

Geds sister and me at the street party in the rain

A lovely decorated cake at the street party.

After showers of rain the clouds disappeared, blue sky and sunshine adorned us for most of the afternoon.

The Buckingham palace concert saw numerous stars singing for the queen, it was quite funny to see her wearing ear plugs for the entire concert but taking into account she is 86 years old i con't blame her. Here is Gary Barlow ( organiser) and Cheryl Cole.

Sir Cliff Richard

Bonkers Grace Jones who twirled a Hoola hoop for her entire singing performance.

Sir Tom Jones who still sings very well.

Dame Shirley Bassey singing the "Diamonds are Forever" for the diamond jubilee.

Kylie Minogue dressed sexily in a pearly queen outfit covers in buttons doing renditions of some of her hits.

After recovering recently from pneumonia Sir Elton John did a great job.

Stevie Wonder was his incredible self......spoilt briefly by Will I AM who tried to sing along to "Happy Birthday" and wished the Queen a HAPPY  BIRTHDAY so obviously had no idea why he was there.

Sir Elton, Miss Kylie and Rolf Harris backstage

Paul was a disappointed as his singing is not like it used to be and hitting the high notes was more a screech than a note.

Gary Barlow leads the Queen on stage after the concert and attempted many times to put his hand on her back....naughty Gary!!!

Obviously missing her husband and deep in thought while everyone sung God Save The Queen.

The palace and crowds adorned in the light show Union Jack.

Amazing fireworks finished off the day perfectly.
