BA trolley injures 4

Four passengers on a British Airways plane were injured when an unsecured drinks trolley hurtled down the aisle.
The BA CityFlyer Embraer jet was coming into land at London City Airport when the accident happened.
The rear galley cabin bar trolley, carrying bottles of wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks, rolled through the passenger cabin.
Four passengers suffered minor injuries, with one requiring hospital treatment.
The Air Accident Investigation Branch say BA has now revised its safety procedures to ensure the incident is not repeated.
The AAIB report said: “On landing an unsecured rear galley cabin bar trolley came out of its stowage and rolled forward through the passenger cabin.

“Four passengers were injured by the trolley as it passed down the cabin and were treated on board and in the terminal after arrival.
"One of the four passengers went to a local hospital for further treatment."
The scare happened at 6.55pm on October 8 last year on the BA 4458 flight carrying 76 passengers and four crew from Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
A member of the cabin crew managed to stop the trolley and secured it in the forward galley.

But the report said this meant one of the exits would have been blocked in the event of an emergency.
Two arm rests on seats 18B and 18C were also damaged by the runaway trolley at the end of the 190 mile flight on the jet.
Last year another AAIB report revealed how a Ryanair cabin crew member broke a leg when he was hit by an unsecured cabin trolley.
Three passengers on an Air Canada flight from Toronto to Regina were also injured by a trolley in October 2016.
A BA spokesperson said: “The safety of our customers and crew is always our priority and actions have been taken to prevent this situation recurring."
